Cleaning a paint sprayer is not complicated but it is very important to do it properly! This video will show you how to clean your paint sprayer and make sure it's ready to go next time you want to use it.

See video. UPDATE: Some homeowner grade airless paint sprayers no longer require the use of throat seal lubricant. Check the manual. Most sprayers also include a filter in the spray gun and sometimes one on the pump. However, if you properly strained your paint as shown in How to Use a Paint Sprayer these filters should stay clean and rarely if ever need cleaning.
